Q. I have downloaded software from your website, It was installed completely but when I double click created shortcut, it shows error about unavailability of file(s).

A. I would like to inform you that the error you have mentioned is due to an Antivirus software installed in your PC. Many peoples has reported the same issue, recent Update of AVG Antivirus treat our EXE as Virus and stop users running the file. You are requested Uninstall AVG and use MCAFee or Symentec Antivirus product to protect your pc.

Please re-install the software after uninstalling AVG Antivirus Software.

Dictionaries 4.0, 5.0

Q. Dictionary is showing garbage text instead of Urdu meaning, please provide some solutions.

A. This problem is related to fonts. Your windows fonts folder may be full or is corrupt. Following are the solutions

1. Please copy following two files from CD to your Dictionary Folder.

FEPA12__.FON

FEPA0112.FON

Note: You can download these two files at;

2. If above files, does not exist in your Windows/Fonts then remove some unused fonts from \windows\fonts folder and try re-installing dictionary.

Q. Is there any specific procedure to properly install 7th edition of dictionary?

A. First of all thanks for expressing your interest in our product. Following is the procedure to install the dictionary in your system.

Install the dictionary normally by selecting suitable options
Upon completion of setup, please find & click "Urdu Installer for Windows XP" within "Start Menu > Programs". You can ignore this step, if using Windows 7/Vista.
Restart your computer
Now find & click "Cleantouch Urdu Keyboard Installer" within "Start Menu > Programs".

Note: Urdu keyboard is also installed in "Start Menu > Programs" named "Cleantouch Urdu Keyboard Help" to guide you how to write Urdu in dictionary. Keyboard is based on "Phonetic" Values with some enhancement.

Q. May I install and use 7th edition of dictionary on 64Bit System?

A. We would like to inform you that 7.0 edition of our dictionary is now compatible for 64Bit System. If Microsoft Office 2007 (or greater version) is not installed in your system then please download "2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components" from following link and install it before starting dictionary.

Q. Is there any special instructions for Windows Vista / 7 Users.

A. For using any version of our dictionary in Windows Vista or Windows 7 Operating System, you will have to change some properties as mentioned below;

Install Dictionary Normally
Right Click on Dictionary Shortcut
Open 'Compatibility' Page
in 'Previlage Level' group, make 'Run as Administrator' checked
Click 'Ok' Button

Now! dictionary will run smoothly.

Q. I have problem with uninstalling the dictionary from my computer, please guide me to uninstall it manually.

A. It seems, the software was not properly installed and may be it was having some error during installation. Please following the instructions below to remove the software from your computer manually

Delete folder 'Cleantouch Urdu Dictionary...' from Program Files Folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\Cleantouch Urdu Dictionary 7.0 - Trial)
Delete icon from 'Program Menu > Startup' or write 'msconfig' in 'Start Menu > Run' open 'Startup' page and uncheck dictionary
Dictionary has been uninstalled from your computer now, to remove uninstall entry, visit http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/86721-programs-features-remove-uninstall-entry.html and follow the instructions.

Khazain-ul-Hidayat

Q. I have downloaded audio zip files but having problem to configure with Khazain-ul-Hidayat.

A. Please follow the steps, to attach audio files with Khazain-ul-Hidayat

1. Download Audio Files (Skip this step if you have downloaded the files already)

Note: Please don't change the name of file during saving process, to confirm files names are same as mentioned above, following the steps

Open Audio Folder (where you have downloaded the audio files)
Now Open 'Tools' Menu then click 'Folder Options'
In 'View' Page, un-check 'Hide Extensions for known file types'

2. Right-Click on audio.zip file and click 'Extract All' and following the instructions (You can also use WinZip / WinRAR to unzip the file)

3. Now you will have a folder named 'Audio' containing folders 'ABF', 'ASF' & 'TKI'. Right click that 'Audio' Folder and click 'Copy'

4. Right-Click on 'Khazain-ul-Hidayat' shortcut and click 'Properties' then click 'Find Target' button from property screen

5. Now click 'Edit' menu, from top menu bar and click paste or just press 'Ctrl+V' here

If you are still facing problem, it is recommended to contact any person for configuration who is having some knowledge of using zip files.

Q. When I open Quran Audio Station, it plays Sura Fatiha. All buttons looks disabled/dim so I am unable to add other sura in playlist, is there any setting required?
